At the same time, she supports second chances rooted in responsibility and opportunity, ensuring community safety is strengthened while people who do the work to rebuild can move forward.

Rayneika believes affordability starts with fairness, including closing corporate tax loopholes so working families are not left carrying the burden. She supports smart, values-driven state budgets that invest in people, strengthen communities, and promote long-term stability.

I am not a career politician. I am a lifelong Marylander who knows what it means to struggle and to persevere. I have experienced homelessness, watched addiction impact my family, relied on state-funded healthcare, and navigated life with a learning disability. Those experiences shape how I lead, who I fight for, and why I believe people deserve dignity, support, and real opportunity.
